The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative/Account Manager to promote and sell our cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding solutions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a supportive, high-performing team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for consultative sales, technology, and helping organizations improve their hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across Canada and North America
✔ Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
✔ Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior decision-makers
✔ Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
✔ Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM tools
✔ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed on product updates and market trends
✔ Represent Talent Pool Builder at industry events, virtual conferences, and networking opportunities (as applicable)
What You Bring
✔ 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR technology, recruitment services, or related fields
✔ Proven ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and close deals
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, video, and written)
✔ Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet and exceed targets
✔ Understanding of the recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition landscape is an asset
✔ Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
